Certificate of analysis (COA): every PEPTALIAS supplier report in one place

Research context reviewed 30 October 2026

A certificate of analysis (COA) is the document a manufacturer issues for a batch, listing each test it ran, the limit it set and the result it recorded. This page holds all 23 PEPTALIAS supplier reports as unaltered PDFs, with purity and batch number for each.

Seven of the most searched products have their own plain English report page: Retatrutide, GHK-Cu, KLOW, Epithalon, NAD+, SS-31 and TB-500. Four products have no supplier document at this stage: HCG, KPV, PT-141 and bacteriostatic water.

PEPTALIAS products are supplied for lawful research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

What a certificate of analysis is

Each PDF here comes from the manufacturer, most often HK Qiangtai Technology Co., Ltd. It records what the maker measured on a named batch against its own limits; it is not an independent test and not a test of the vial you receive.

What to check on a COA

  1. Purity: The main number, usually by HPLC, which separates the sample into peaks and reports the share assigned to the main peak. It describes the chromatogram, not the whole powder mass or proof of identity. A limit of at least 98% with a result of 99.4% is a clear pass.
  2. Identity: A mass spectrometry row (LC-MS or ESI-MS) showing the measured mass matches the expected mass. Purity says how clean the main peak is; identity says what it is.
  3. Batch number and dates: Check the date type printed: expiry, shelf life or re-test date. Then match the batch to your vial label.
  4. Loss on drying: Weight lost on heating, which includes water and any other volatile material. Water content alone needs a water-specific test such as Karl Fischer.
  5. Safety rows: Heavy metals, microbial count and endotoxins against stated limits.
  6. Issuer and footer: Who issued it, when, and any wording limiting what the document claims to be.

The DSIP bulk report separately lists 99.20% HPLC purity and 86.33% peptide content by nitrogen analysis. Purity is the share of the chromatogram assigned to the main peak; peptide content is the share of the whole powder that is peptide at all, after water and counter-ions (the salt that travels with the peptide). Neither figure establishes the DSIP mass in a retail vial or its biological activity.

Known problems in the supplier PDFs

Each fault is stated as printed, with what it means for you.

ReportWhat the PDF printsWhat it means for the buyer
GHK-CuTwo manufacture dates (28 June and 1 July 2026), no explicit expiry, loss on drying 5.27% against a 5.0% limit, formula C34H52N8O7Cu beside a weight of 401.91Loss on drying fails its limit while the water test passes its own; the two dates and missing expiry need supplier clarification; the formula and weight do not agree with each other, so identity and salt form are unconfirmed
RetatrutideMolecular weight 4731.33 and a molecular ion (the whole molecule's mass as the instrument sees it) of 3859.17, both marked as matchingThe two mass rows cannot describe the same molecule, and the PDF does not say which is wrong
NAD+Heading says Nicotinamide Riboside; table and CAS identify NAD+The table identifiers describe NAD+ while the heading names nicotinamide riboside; the document does not independently establish the identity of current stock (see the clarification note in Sources)
EpithalonMolecular weight 374.35 for C14H22N4O9PubChem lists 390.35 for that formula, so one printed value is wrong
SS-31Formula C34H56N10O6, weight 672.87, no salt formNeither value matches PubChem's elamipretide entry
TB-500CAS 75591-33-8Fails the CAS check digit test, so it cannot be used to look the substance up

Each report page explains its own fault in full.

Why buy from PEPTALIAS

PEPTALIAS publishes a certificate of analysis for every batch it stocks where one exists: 23 PDFs across 23 products today, each listed above with its batch number; the four products without a document are named, not left blank. The faults above are disclosed here and on each report page, not buried in a PDF you have not opened. Of the seven featured products, NAD+ 1000 mg at A$0.12 per mg and GHK-Cu 100 mg at A$1.00 per mg cost least per mg; the guides on research peptides and peptide blends cover the background.

Frequently asked questions

Does PEPTALIAS test every batch?

No. PEPTALIAS publishes the supplier's own document for each product where one exists and flags their gaps and faults. It does not run its own tests and does not claim independent verification.

Is a supplier COA the same as a third-party lab test?

No. A supplier COA is the manufacturer reporting on its own material. A third-party test is run by an unrelated laboratory on a sample it received, and only that one is independent of the maker.

How do I match a COA to the vial I receive?

Compare the batch number on your vial label with the one on the PDF. If they differ, the document describes a different lot, not your vial.

Why do some products have no COA?

HCG, KPV, PT-141 and bacteriostatic water currently have no supplier document. Products without a report are marked as such on their product page.
