OrdersSubject to confirmation

An order reference confirms receipt of your request, not acceptance. We may contact you if an item or delivery method is unavailable.

PaymentCard payment through TagadaPay

Card details are entered on TagadaPay's secure hosted checkout. PEPTALIAS does not receive or store your card number.

Product useLaboratory research only

Not for human or veterinary use. PEPTALIAS does not provide dosing, reconstitution or administration guidance.

PricingAustralian dollars

Product discounts are calculated before delivery. The best eligible product promotion applies; promotional offers do not stack.

Payment confirmationCompleted at checkout

Your order is accepted only after the card payment is confirmed and the order is recorded. Contact us with the order reference if the payment result is unclear.

DeliveryAustralia only

Delivery charges and estimates appear before the order is completed. Dispatch begins after payment is matched and the order is confirmed.

Pre-ordersIncoming stock — ships later

Eligible out-of-stock strengths are clearly marked before checkout and ship after incoming stock arrives. For an existing order, contact support@peptalias.com with your order reference to discuss a delay or cancellation.

Consumer rightsACL rights remain

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
