An order reference confirms receipt of your request, not acceptance. We may contact you if an item or delivery method is unavailable.

PayID instructions appear only after your mobile is verified and the order is recorded. Use the order reference as the payment description and confirm the recipient name shown by your bank. No card details are collected.

Not for human or veterinary use. PEPTALIAS does not provide dosing, reconstitution or administration guidance.

Product discounts are calculated before delivery. The best eligible product promotion applies; promotional offers do not stack.

Unpaid orders are reviewed before cancellation. Stock is released only when PEPTALIAS cancels the order; contact us with the order reference if a transfer is delayed.

Delivery charges and estimates appear before the order is completed. Dispatch begins after payment is matched and the order is confirmed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
