How we handle your information.
We collect only the details needed to process orders, provide support and send marketing when you choose it.
We store your name, verified mobile, email, delivery address, selected products, totals and payment method so we can process and support your order.
Your mobile is sent to our SMS verification provider to deliver and check a one-time code. We store a protected verification record, expiry and attempt counts; we do not store the code itself.
PEPTALIAS does not collect card numbers. PayID transfer records are handled by your bank. The PayID details are shown only after a verified order is recorded.
Order updates are separate from marketing. Promotional email is sent only when you opt in, and you can unsubscribe.
We record page visits and shopping events using random visitor and session identifiers. We do not store your IP address or full browsing history in the analytics record. Browser “Do Not Track” is respected.
When you follow an approved partner link, a first-party referral cookie records the partner code so an eligible order can be attributed correctly.
We store the contact, channel and audience details submitted through the partner application so we can assess and manage the program.
Expired verification records are routinely removed. Order, support and financial records are kept only as needed for fulfilment, fraud prevention and legal or accounting obligations.
