PEPTALIAS is an Australian online store for research peptides, peptide blends, research compounds and laboratory supplies. This page sets out the plain facts: how we deliver, what our reports are, and what we have not done.

Who we are

PEPTALIAS supplies research peptides and laboratory supplies to customers in Australia. Every product is sold for laboratory research use only. We do not provide dosing, administration or personal-use guidance.

How orders ship

Every order ships express tracked. Shipping is A$15, and free on orders of A$200 or more after discounts.

In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. After dispatch, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days to metro areas and 3 to 7 business days to regional areas.

Strengths marked “Incoming stock” can be ordered where offered and ship after the incoming stock arrives. Strengths that are out of stock show a restock alert on the product page.

What our reports are

Product pages link to the original supplier-provided certificate of analysis (COA) for the listed strength. A COA reports the result for the sample named in that report, with a batch or report reference. One COA is shared across a product’s strength options.

Our COAs are supplier reports. We have not commissioned independent testing of our own stock, and a report describes the sample named in it, not every vial.

Returns and refunds

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: replacement or full refund. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.
  • Missing delivery: replacement or full refund. Send your order number and delivery details so we can review the tracking.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for sealed research products. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders are dispatched from Queensland.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We deliver within Australia only.
How long does delivery take?

Are your COAs independent test results?
No. They are supplier-provided reports for the sample named in each report. We have not commissioned independent testing of our own stock.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
Contact us with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full. Approved refunds are returned within 5 business days.
