Epithalon certificate of analysis: purity, batch and price
Research context reviewed 30 October 2026The epithalon certificate of analysis published by PEPTALIAS lists 99.5% purity by HPLC against a 99.0% minimum for batch EPIT-2026-379, and PEPTALIAS sells epithalon in 10 mg (A$69.99) and 50 mg (A$189.99) vials, both in stock on 30 October 2026. The epithalon supplier PDF is published exactly as issued, and this page walks through every row on it.
Prices on this page are list prices, and the product page always shows today's price.
One printed figure, the molecular weight, does not match the public chemistry record, and it is set out below in plain words.
Epithalon (also spelt epitalon) is a synthetic peptide of four amino acids: alanine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid and glycine. PEPTALIAS sells it for lawful research use only, not for human or veterinary use.
Epithalon price per vial today
| Vial | Price | Per mg | Stock |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | A$69.99 | A$7.00 | In stock |
| 50 mg | A$189.99 | A$3.80 | In stock |
The report's specification line prints both formats; it is one reference document, not a test of either size. The epithalon vial sizes guide goes deeper.

The molecular weight that does not match
The report prints a molecular weight of 374.35 g/mol next to the formula C14H22N4O9. Summing that formula's atomic weights gives 390.35 g/mol, which is also the figure PubChem gives for epitalon under the same CAS number.
For a buyer, that means one of the two printed identity entries is wrong and the report does not say which. The CAS number and formula agree with PubChem, the weight is 16 units short, and only the issuer can clear it up.
If identity matters to your work, ask PEPTALIAS about it before you order. The HPLC purity figure is a separate measurement and does not settle it.
Purity, loss on drying and the other rows in plain English
HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) dissolves a sample, separates its parts on a column, and reports what share of the detected material was the main peak. Here that share is 99.5% against a 99.0% floor. It says nothing about how many milligrams are in a vial, how much water the powder holds, or whether the main peak is the named molecule.
Loss on drying, 1.1% against a 3.0% ceiling, is the weight the powder loses when heated. Water goes, but so does anything else that evaporates, so it is not a pure water figure.
Heavy metals come in under 5 ppm (parts per million) against a 10 ppm limit, and the microbial count is under 50 CFU/g (colony forming units per gram, a count of live microbes) against 100. "Under" means the report states a figure below that line without printing the actual number.
Why buy epithalon from PEPTALIAS
- The 50 mg vial at A$189.99 is A$3.80 per milligram, the cheapest way to buy epithalon here, and both sizes are in Australian stock today.
- PEPTALIAS publishes a certificate of analysis for every batch it stocks where one exists; for epithalon that is the EPIT-2026-379 report, unaltered, footer and all.
- The 99.5% result and the molecular weight problem are both explained here, not left in the download.
Pick a size on the epithalon product page: above 20 mg, one 50 mg vial is the cheaper order. Or open the PDF first.
Frequently asked questions
What purity does the epithalon COA show?
99.5% by HPLC against a minimum of 99.0%, for batch EPIT-2026-379. Loss on drying is 1.1% and heavy metals are under 5 ppm.
Why is the molecular weight on the epithalon COA different from PubChem?
The report prints 374.35 g/mol, while its own formula and PubChem both give 390.35 g/mol. One printed entry is wrong and only the issuer can say which.
Does this epithalon report verify both retail vial sizes?
No. It is the issuer's reference report for batch EPIT-2026-379. It prints 10 mg and 50 mg formats, but it is not an independent test of either size or of your vial.
Which epithalon vial is better value?
The 50 mg vial, at A$3.80 per milligram against A$7.00 for the 10 mg vial.
