Epithalon prices at PEPTALIAS
Prices are PEPTALIAS list prices on 30 October 2026; both sizes are freeze-dried powder in a 3 mL glass vial and were in stock when checked.
| Vial | Price | Vial volume | Price per mg | Stock |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Epithalon 10 mg | A$69.99 | 3 mL | A$7.00 | In stock |
| Epithalon 50 mg | A$189.99 | 3 mL | A$3.80 | In stock |
Express tracked delivery is A$15.00 anywhere in Australia, or free when the order total after discounts reaches A$200.00, per the PEPTALIAS shipping page.
Which vial size to choose
The 50 mg vial costs 46 percent less per milligram than the 10 mg vial. Whether that matters depends on how much material your work uses, because a reconstituted vial has a limited life. Totals below are list prices plus A$15.00 delivery, free once the order reaches A$200.00.
| Order | List total | Delivered total |
|---|---|---|
| 1 x 10 mg | A$69.99 | A$84.99 |
| 2 x 10 mg | A$139.98 | A$154.98 |
| 3 x 10 mg | A$209.97 | A$209.97 |
| 1 x 50 mg | A$189.99 | A$204.99 |
One 10 mg vial covers up to 10 mg and two cover 10 to 20 mg. Above 20 mg, three 10 mg vials cost A$209.97 delivered, more than one 50 mg vial at A$204.99 delivered, so at list prices the single 50 mg vial has the lower order total. Checkout confirms the final total. The Epithalon vial sizes guide has more.
What Epithalon is
Epithalon, also spelled Epitalon, is a synthetic tetrapeptide with the sequence Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly, CAS 307297-39-8. It was developed in Russia as a synthetic version of a fraction extracted from the pineal gland. It is supplied as a white freeze-dried powder. The solvent and preparation conditions are set by the laboratory method; PEPTALIAS sells bacteriostatic water separately.
What the supplier report shows
PEPTALIAS publishes the manufacturer's reference report for Epithalon, batch EPIT-2026-379, as a PDF on the product page. The report is issued by HK Qiangtai Technology Co., Ltd. The figures printed on it are below.
| Item | Specification | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Batch number | EPIT-2026-379 | |
| Manufactured | 9 July 2026 | |
| Expiry | 9 July 2028 | |
| Purity (HPLC) | at least 99.0 percent | 99.5 percent |
| Loss on drying | 3.0 percent or less | 1.1 percent |
| Heavy metals (ICP-MS) | 10 ppm or less | under 5 ppm |
| Microbial count | 100 CFU/g or less | under 50 CFU/g |
| Storage | minus 20 degrees C, protect from light |
Three things to read carefully. First, the specification line reads "10 mg, 50 mg, 10 vials per box". PEPTALIAS sells 10 mg and 50 mg vials today; the document describes batch EPIT-2026-379, does not say which lot your vials were filled from, and is not a test of each vial. Second, the sheet prints the formula C14H22N4O9 beside a molecular weight of 374.35 g/mol, and the two do not agree, so ask PEPTALIAS before relying on either. Third, the footer calls the sheet a reference template for customer consultation: a manufacturer's document, not an independent test. The laboratory report guide explains each line.
Is Epithalon legal to buy in Australia?
The TGA's page on unapproved peptide products says peptide products are therapeutic goods under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, that those not on the ARTG are unapproved, and that unapproved peptide products "have not been assessed by the TGA for safety, quality or effectiveness". It says a "research use only" disclaimer does not make supply lawful and on its own does not change regulatory status, permit importation or remove advertising or supply obligations, and that state and territory laws may add controls. It does not name Epithalon. The linked TGA guidance does not establish an Epithalon-specific ARTG status.
The TGA's access pathways page says unapproved therapeutic goods can be legally supplied through the Special Access Scheme, the Authorised Prescriber scheme and clinical trials, and that individuals can import for personal use, not supply, under the Personal Importation Scheme. These pathways require their own eligibility and authorisations; an ordinary retail order does not establish those requirements.
PEPTALIAS sells Epithalon for laboratory research, and dispatch from Australian stock does not change the position above. This page is not legal advice; read both TGA pages before you decide. The what are research peptides guide covers what PEPTALIAS supplies.
What to check before you pay
- Confirm price and stock on the live product page; figures here are from 30 October 2026.
- Open the supplier report and ask which lot your vials were filled from and whether it matches batch EPIT-2026-379.
- Check delivery: in-stock orders go out the next business day, express tracked.
- Check payment and the final total. The FAQ page says there are no payment-method surcharges, payment options show at checkout and delivery is calculated separately, so read the total before you confirm.
- Read the returns page: faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries get a replacement or full refund, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Check who the seller is. PEPTALIAS publishes its business details on the site.
Why buy from PEPTALIAS
The 50 mg vial is the cheaper per-mg option and the 10 mg vial suits a first order. The reference report for batch EPIT-2026-379 is published before you pay. PEPTALIAS publishes a certificate of analysis for every batch it stocks where one exists, and its lab-report (COA) guide explains how to read one. Stock is held in Australia.
What researchers have studied
Two peer-reviewed studies are cited here for what they measured, not as evidence of any effect in people.
Khavinson and colleagues (2003) added Epithalon to cultured human fetal fibroblasts (connective-tissue cells) that did not express telomerase, the enzyme that rebuilds telomeres, the protective caps on chromosome ends that shorten as cells divide. They reported induction of the enzyme's catalytic subunit, telomerase activity and telomere lengthening in the cells. This was a cell culture study and the authors describe it as such.
Anisimov and colleagues (2003) gave Epitalon to female Swiss-derived SHR mice over their lifetime. Treatment did not change food consumption, body weight or mean life span, but slowed the age-related switching-off of oestrous function, reduced chromosome aberrations in bone marrow cells, and increased maximum life span by 12.3 percent. Epitalon did not change total spontaneous tumour incidence but inhibited leukaemia development 6.0-fold compared with controls.
Neither study involved humans.
Frequently asked questions
Is Epitalon the same thing as Epithalon?
Yes. Epitalon, Epithalon and Epithalone are spellings of the same tetrapeptide, Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly. PEPTALIAS lists it as Epithalon; the supplier report prints both spellings.
Is Epithalon legal to buy in Australia?
The TGA says a "research use only" disclaimer does not make supply lawful, change regulatory status, permit importation or remove advertising or supply obligations, and its access pathways page lists the Special Access Scheme, Authorised Prescribers, clinical trials and personal importation. PEPTALIAS sells Epithalon for laboratory research. Read both TGA pages, linked in the legal section, before you decide.
How do I know the vial contains what the label says?
The published report gives purity and test methods for batch EPIT-2026-379, not for your vial. If identity and purity matter to your research, ask for documentation traceable to the lot you are supplied, then ask a laboratory which identity and content methods suit a tetrapeptide and get a quote. The report's formula and molecular weight disagree, so an identity check matters.
Does the price include bacteriostatic water?
No. The 10 mg and 50 mg vials contain freeze-dried powder only. PEPTALIAS sells bacteriostatic water separately, 3 mL for A$11.99 and 10 mL for A$18.99 on 30 October 2026.
How should Epithalon be stored?
Unopened powder at minus 20 degrees C, protected from light, per the supplier report, with expiry two years after manufacture.
