Retatrutide certificate of analysis: purity, batch and prices
Research context reviewed 30 October 2026The Retatrutide certificate of analysis published by PEPTALIAS lists 99.4% purity by HPLC for batch RETA-2026-169, against a minimum of 99.0%, and the 10, 20 and 30 mg vials cost A$129.99, A$209.99 and A$249.99 on 30 October 2026. The document is the manufacturer's own report, not an independent test and not a test of the vial you receive.
Prices on this page are list prices, and the product page always shows today's price.
This page reads the PDF row by row and shows where the identity data do not add up. PEPTALIAS products are supplied for lawful research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

What the purity result means
HPLC separates the sample into peaks and reports the share assigned to the main peak. The report separately lists 99.4% purity, 0.4% related substances and 0.2% largest single impurity, each inside its printed limit; it does not show how the three were worked out from the same trace. Loss on drying of 1.2% is weight lost on heating: water plus any other volatile material. The heavy metal, microbial and endotoxin rows all sit under half their limits, and the sample is recorded as sterile.
None of those rows proves the main peak is retatrutide; that is the job of the identity rows, where this document has a problem. Our guide to reading a laboratory report explains purity versus identity.
The identity rows do not agree
The PDF prints a molecular weight of 4731.33 g/mol for the formula C221H342N46O68 and an LC-MS result of 4731.3, marked as a match. The next row lists a molecular ion [M+H]+ (the molecule plus one hydrogen, as the mass spectrometer reads it) of 3859.17 with a result of 3859.2, also marked as a match. A protonated ion should weigh about one unit more than the molecule, not 872 units less. One of the two mass rows cannot describe retatrutide, and the PDF does not say which. Until the supplier explains the gap, treat the identity line as unconfirmed.
Why buy Retatrutide from PEPTALIAS
Three vial sizes are stocked, with the 30 mg vial at A$8.33 per mg, 36% below the 10 mg rate. PEPTALIAS publishes a certificate of analysis for every batch it stocks where one exists, and for retatrutide that is the 99.4% report for RETA-2026-169, shown with its mass mismatch rather than trimmed out. Pick a size on the product page; if identity matters to your work, ask us for the supplier's answer on the mass rows before you order. Every other report in the range is on the certificate of analysis hub.
Frequently asked questions
What purity does the Retatrutide COA show?
99.4% by HPLC for batch RETA-2026-169, against a printed minimum of 99.0%, with 0.4% total related substances.
Is the Retatrutide COA from an independent laboratory?
No. It was issued by the manufacturer, HK Qiangtai Technology Co., Ltd., on 16 July 2026. No third-party test of this batch is published.
Which Retatrutide vial has the lowest price per mg?
The 30 mg vial at A$249.99, or A$8.33 per mg, against A$10.50 for 20 mg and A$13.00 for 10 mg on 30 October 2026.
Does the mass mismatch mean the powder is not retatrutide?
No, and it does not prove that it is. The HPLC rows say how clean the main peak is; the two mass rows contradict each other, so the PDF settles identity neither way.
