Ipamorelin alone vs CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin: which vial fits?

Research context reviewed 12 October 2026

An Ipamorelin 10 mg vial contains 10 mg of Ipamorelin. A CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 10 mg blend contains 5 mg of each peptide, not 10 mg of each.

The blend adds a different growth-hormone signalling component, but gives you half as much Ipamorelin per vial. Choose by the compounds your research needs, not the shared “10 mg” label.

At PEPTALIAS's prices checked on 12 October 2026, Ipamorelin 10 mg is A$48.99 and has an ordering option. The CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin blend is listed at A$76.99 but currently offers a restock alert rather than ordering. If your study needs the blend, Ipamorelin alone is not a like-for-like replacement.

What does Ipamorelin do in the research?

Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid peptide studied for growth-hormone release. It acts through the growth-hormone-releasing peptide, or GHRP, signalling route rather than the GHRH route.

In Raun et al.'s 1998 study, it triggered growth-hormone release in rat pituitary cells, rats and pigs. The researchers used blockers to distinguish the signalling routes and compared its hormone-release pattern with other peptides.

That is why Ipamorelin is relevant to this research area. The experiments did not test PEPTALIAS vials or establish muscle, sleep or fat-loss outcomes for customers. New to the terminology? Our research-peptide basics guide explains what makes a molecule a peptide.

What does CJC-1295 add to the blend?

The CJC component is based on growth-hormone-releasing hormone, usually shortened to GHRH. It introduces a second signalling route, not more Ipamorelin.

That makes the comparison useful for research into different growth-hormone release signals. It does not, on its own, prove that this fixed blend works better than Ipamorelin alone. The papers linked here did not test this 5 mg + 5 mg PEPTALIAS blend.

Before comparing study results, check the form of CJC-1295: this listing says No DAC.

CJC-1295 No DAC vs DAC: why the distinction matters

DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex. It refers to the albumin-binding feature used in the long-acting design. Albumin is a protein in blood.

Jetté et al.'s 2005 work examined that long-acting design in cultured rat pituitary cells and rats, including its attachment to albumin.

You may see a CJC-1295 half-life of roughly six to eight days quoted online. The 2006 Teichman study reported 5.8–8.1 days for its long-acting CJC-1295 preparation in healthy adults. It was not a study of this No DAC blend with Ipamorelin.

Do not carry that number across to a differently labelled product. If your method specifies DAC, No DAC, or an exact sequence, match that requirement rather than treating “CJC-1295” as enough information.

Which listing fits your research?

Need Ipamorelin without another peptide? View Ipamorelin 10 mg. It keeps the material separate, supplies twice the Ipamorelin per vial and costs less upfront at the prices above.

Need both named components at equal amounts by mass? Check the 5 mg + 5 mg blend and its restock alert. It lists both in one fixed format. A restock alert does not reserve stock or today's sale price.

Need to vary the ratio or compare each peptide independently? A fixed blend does not give you that flexibility. PEPTALIAS's public catalogue lists Ipamorelin on its own, but does not list standalone CJC-1295 No DAC. Source the separate materials your method requires rather than substituting a fixed blend.

Two checks before ordering

  1. Read the component amounts. “10 mg blend” means 10 mg total. Our peptide-blend guide explains how to read that label.
  2. Check what the document actually covers. The linked supplier documents describe themselves as reference templates for customer consultation. Their printed results alone do not establish a match to the vial you will receive. Our laboratory-report guide explains the sample and batch checks.

For Ipamorelin-only research, compare the 10 mg vial. For the two-component format, check the blend's current status and restock alert.
